Peter Mills
 Peter is a director of Optimus Group. He has been working in the finance industry for over 20 years in onshore and offshore markets. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors with a background in risk management and compliance, having been the chief risk officer of a long established merchant bank. He has extensive experience in running and managing businesses in the banking, fund management, fiduciary services and captive insurance sectors. He was managing director for a fund manager and a fiduciary services business. He was also a director and deputy branch manager of a private bank. Peter sits on the boards of financial services businesses and investment funds as a non-executive director.

Peter is deputy Chair of the Guernsey International Business Association and the Chair of the technical committee. He is a member of the Guernsey Investment Funds Association and sits on the technical sub-committee. He is also a member of the Guernsey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants. Peter was previously appointed as the non-States Board member of the Board of the Commerce of Employment Department as an advisor in relation to the finance sector.
